Tiki Mug · Shaken

Donn Beach's infamous three-rum tiki monster — limit two per customer.

Ingredients

• 1½ ozDark Rum
• 1½ ozGold Rum
• 1 ozOverproof Rum
• ¾ ozLime Juice
• ½ ozGrapefruit Juice
• ½ ozVelvet Falernum
• ¼ ozCinnamon Syrup
• 1 bar spoonGrenadine
• 1 dashAbsinthe
• 1 dashAngostura Bitters
• 1 pieceMint Sprig (optional)

Method

1. Add all three rums, lime and grapefruit juices, falernum, cinnamon syrup, grenadine, absinthe and bitters to a shaker with crushed ice.
2. Shake briefly until chilled.
3. Pour unstrained into a tiki mug and cap with more crushed ice.
4. Garnish with a large mint sprig.
