Venice's golden-hour ritual of Prosecco, Aperol and a whisper of soda.

Ingredients

• 3 ozProsecco
• 2 ozAperol
• Top withSoda Water
• 1 pieceOrange Slice (optional)

Method

1. Fill a large wine glass with ice.
2. Pour in Prosecco, then Aperol.
3. Add a splash of soda water and stir once.
4. Garnish with an orange slice.
