Puerto Rico's creamy blend of rum, coconut and pineapple — vacation in a hurricane glass.
Ingredients
- 1¾ ozWhite Rum
- 1 ozCoconut Cream
- 1¾ ozPineapple Juice
- 1 piecePineapple Wedge (optional)
- 1 pieceCocktail Cherry (optional)
Method
- Add white rum, coconut cream and pineapple juice to a blender with crushed ice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a chilled hurricane glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cocktail cherry.
