A perfectly balanced Italian aperitivo of gin, bitter Campari and sweet vermouth.

Ingredients

• 1 ozGin (London Dry)
• 1 ozCampari
• 1 ozSweet Vermouth
• 1 pieceOrange Slice (optional)

Method

1. Add gin, Campari and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until well chilled.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. Garnish with an orange slice.
