Havana's minty, limey rum cooler that turns any afternoon into a holiday.

Ingredients

• 1½ ozWhite Rum
• ¾ ozLime Juice
• 6 leafsMint Leaves
• 2 tspSugar
• Top withSoda Water
• 1 pieceMint Sprig (optional)

Method

1. Gently muddle mint leaves with sugar and lime juice in a highball glass.
2. Fill the glass with crushed ice and add white rum.
3. Top with soda water and churn gently.
4. Garnish with a mint sprig and serve with a straw.
