The missing link between the Manhattan and the Martini, rich with vermouth and maraschino.
Ingredients
- 1½ ozGin (London Dry)
- 1½ ozSweet Vermouth
- 1 bar spoonMaraschino Liqueur
- 2 dashsOrange Bitters
- 1 twistLemon Twist (optional)
Method
- Add gin, sweet vermouth, maraschino and orange bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
- Express a lemon twist over the drink and drop it in.
