Hot coffee and Irish whiskey under a cool cap of lightly whipped cream.
Ingredients
- 1¾ ozIrish Whiskey
- 4 ozHot Coffee
- 1 tspSugar
- 1¾ ozHeavy Cream
Method
- Warm an Irish coffee glass with hot water, then discard the water.
- Add Irish whiskey, hot coffee and sugar, stirring to dissolve.
- Float lightly whipped cream on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
- Serve without stirring.
