The definitive cocktail — ice-cold gin kissed with dry vermouth, garnished your way.

Ingredients

• 2 ozGin (London Dry)
• ¼ ozDry Vermouth
• 1 pieceGreen Olive (optional)
• 1 twistLemon Twist (optional)

Method

1. Add gin and dry vermouth to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until ice cold.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
4. Garnish with an olive or express a lemon twist over the top.
